2. Send in your wording

Once your order is placed and payment is received, we then need you to email us your wording for your items.

Use our handy templates as your guide.

If you've chosen to have guest personalisation on your stationery, you can find those templates here. We don't need this spreadsheet returned to us just yet.

3. Design & Proof

You can expect your emailed artwork proof within 72 hours of us receiving your wording. Then we are back and forward via email until you approve the layout. Your payment includes 3 rounds of
revisions (don't worry, we usually get the layout right within 1 or 2 rounds).

Once you do approve your proof, no further changes are permitted.

4. Print Production

  • Printed Stationery Turn Around Times

    For invitations, menus, place cards and all card stock items, printing will take about 2 weeks depending on the print type, then we allow another week for delivery.

  • Signage Turn Around Times

    For all signage, printing takes between 2-3 weeks then we need to allow for delivery. So please make sure you are allowing enough time ahead of ordering for the print process and note that on-the-day printing does have a longer lead-time than your invitations.

5. Check, Pack & Deliver

The part we love most - packing your orders! 

Once your order is complete, we check, count, wrap and package with love and express courier to your specified delivery address on your order.
